We are where the law
is just emerging

From legislation to judicature
– We connect the worlds where law is made and where it lives.
Law and politics shape the regulatory environment in which companies and entrepreneurs operate. In everyday practice, however, the integration of law and public affairs is still rare. Among lawyers, there are few who are focused on the procedural and substantive side of the creation of law, i.e. politics and the legislative process. Meanwhile, public affairs consultants and lobbyists often lack a deeper understanding of the basic principles of law and its interpretation. Yet the foundation for the success of any public affairs strategy is a thorough knowledge of the regulatory and legislative environment, precise legal reasoning and a detailed understanding of the processes.
The law does not begin in the Collection of Laws – understanding the motivations of officials and legislators can significantly help navigate the often opaque regulatory environment, open new doors and help solve problems where law alone falls short.
To make the most of both worlds, we are working with our partners to bring you a comprehensive package of expert public affairs and legal advisory services.

NOZ advokáti was established in 2015 following the long-term cooperation of the three founding attorneys – Barbora Nováková, Martin Ostrihoň and Jan Zrcek - and quickly established itself on the Czech-Slovak market. Our services include comprehensive legal advice, with a primary focus on real estate and construction law, information technology law and litigation, where we best capitalise on our long-term experience. We currently operate in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which is an undeniable advantage given the proximity of both markets and the business focus of our clients.
